Project Praetorium is a deliberately small, fully supported executive reset. We remove you from the noise, place you in an exceptional coastal environment, and give you five days to think clearly, move freely, and reconnect with how you want to lead.

Diving the Aegean with John at Porto Heli Scuba Club. Cold water, movement and nature doing what they do.
EVENINGS
Business in a relaxed setting. A chance to network, connect, and open up with the right people around you.
THROUGHOUT
Dawn ritual, cold exposure, breathwork. A guest speaker. On the final day — a 90-day blueprint and one-to-one exit conversation.
